Refund Policy

If Book Publishing Builder isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — no detailed justification required. Just email support@app.booksjk.com from the address on your account, and we'll process your refund of $67 to your original payment method.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@app.booksjk.com from the email address associated with your account, within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Let us know you'd like a refund. You don't need to explain why, though feedback is always welcome.
  3. We'll confirm and process your refund to your original payment method, typically within a few business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe and may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your account's paid access to the roadmap, AI tools, and resources is removed. Your book project data is retained in case you decide to purchase again later, unless you separately request account deletion.

Outside the 14-day window

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis — reach out and we're happy to talk it through.
