1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Book Publishing Builder (the “Service”), operated by LV SHOWS LIVE LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is

Book Publishing Builder is a self-guided software tool that walks authors through the practical steps of preparing a manuscript for self-publication on Amazon KDP, and includes AI-assisted writing tools to help draft listing metadata (title options, description, keywords, categories, author bio, and similar copy).

What it is not: the Service is an educational and productivity tool, not a publishing agency, editorial service, or literary agent. We do not publish your book on your behalf, guarantee that Amazon KDP will accept your listing, and we make no representation or guarantee about book sales, rankings, reviews, or any other measure of commercial success. Amazon's own policies, which we do not control, ultimately determine whether any given listing is approved.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account, since login is handled via a passwordless magic link sent to that address. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment

Full access to the Service is available for a one-time payment of $67. This is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge, and your purchase grants lifetime access to the Service as it exists and as it is updated from time to time. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that infringes another party's rights.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or usage limits of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with people who have not purchased their own access.

6. Your book, your rights

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in your manuscript, book, and any content you write or generate using the Service. We claim no ownership over your book or its content. You're solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything the AI tools generate before using it — including making sure it accurately reflects your book and doesn't infringe any third party's rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LV SHOWS LIVE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, sales, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law
